During September 28-29, A-Wing International participated in the prestigious 2010 Asia Innovation Forum, an exclusive annual event bringing together key business stakeholders from the Asia Pacific Region. The two day event, which was held in Tokyo`s Nikkei Hall, focused on "Japan and Asia's new Co-creation strategy: Beyond survival (The XYZ Strategy) to creation (The ABC Strategy)". The gathering was heavily frequented by both veteran CEOs and young entrepreneurs alike.

The core message of the event which took place during September 21-22, 2010, was the unique cooperation necessary between various stakeholders to successfully implement Eco-Town projects. Endorsed by the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), A-Wing International took part in the event, introducing its 500W micro wind turbine, the newest cutting-edge technology for small scale renewable energy projects.

A-Wing International donates 500W wind turbine to the School of Renewable Energy Technology (SERT) at Naresuan University (Thailand) for research purposes. "This cooperation will increase the knowledge and awareness of micro-wind turbine technology of not only students and researchers but also the many visitors to the University's Energy Park," says Tom Manat Wiangmoon, A-Wing marketing director for Thailand. The well promoted Energy Park is currently home to a 10kW PV system as well as a full meteorological research station.

In the coming month, four YWS-500 Wind Luce micro wind turbines will be installed on Paluay Island, a state sponsored exhibition island, in the Suratthani province of Southern Thailand. Paluay Island is part of Thailand`s Green Island Project, a ten year initiative to measure and monitor the results of different activities in terms of their positive influence on the environment.
